The camp, hour by hour

A typical evening VIP run leaves Dubai around 3:15 PM, reaches the dune belt by 4:15 and spends forty minutes bashing before a sunset stop on a high ridge. You arrive at camp around 5:45, ahead of the shared groups, so the camel ride, falconry display and henna are free of queues. Dinner service begins about 7 PM alongside the tanoura and fire shows, and we leave when you are ready rather than on a fixed convoy time, usually between 8:30 and 9:15 PM.

Occasions we plan for regularly

Proposals, anniversaries, birthdays and small corporate incentive groups make up most VIP bookings. We can arrange a cake, a private table set apart from the main camp, a photographer for the sunset hour, an oud or violin player, and decor in your colours. For company groups we can run several private vehicles in one convoy and keep the whole majlis section exclusive. Tell us what the evening is for at least 48 hours ahead so the camp team can set it up properly.
